Meet the Team

As a native New Mexican, Dr. Duran has been an integral player in the community where he has built his family practice and his home. He contributes over 30 years of dental education and practical experience to Southern New Mexico. A graduate of New Mexico State University, Dr. Duran continued his education at the University of Colorado as a Doctor of Dental Surgery.  But his dedication to higher education did not stop there as he continued to support local dental and healthcare programs  in New Mexico. He served on the New Mexico Dental Association Board Of Trustees, as well as the New Mexico Board of Dental Healthcare. In 2019, he continues his involvement by holding a position as a Clinical Examiner for the Western Regional Examining Board where he gets to work with the next generation of Dental providers.

When he isn’t in the office, Dr. Duran enjoys golfing as well as spending time with his wife and three children. 

With over 50 years of combined education and training, our team is excited to welcome new patients as well as welcome back our loyal community of patients. Our wealth of knowledge and dedication to new techniques and technology in the field helps us to teach you and your loved ones the benefits of maintaining a healthy smile!
